Andrew Flatts is a long-time passionate cook whose love of the culinary arts was inspired by his Andrew was born and raised in Somerset and Cardiff and has been working as a professional chef for over 20yrs. He has honed his skills over the years by working in London s West End restaurants, from Essex,s favourite eateries to some of the Caribbean’s top restaurants. Whilst living in Barbados, Andrew was head chef at Carambola Restaurant along with a stint at The Cliff, he also worked His passion for food and flavours has been inspired by travels around the world and his collection of cookery books from He uses these inspirations to create dishes from all corners of the globe that create the magical feeling of well being that overcomes you when you know you have had a good meal Andrew has a keen interest in food as nutrition, not just as sustenance. The wonderful flavours he creates must at the same time nurture and sustain our body and minds needs.
